These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Post Studio ("Post Studio", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

2. Service description

Post Studio helps users compose and publish content to supported third-party platforms through authorized APIs, currently including Facebook Pages, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube. Platform availability may change without notice.

3. Platform compliance and acceptable use

  • You must comply with all applicable platform rules, developer policies, and community guidelines of connected services.
  • You may not use Post Studio for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activities.
  • You may not attempt to bypass platform restrictions, rate limits, or security controls.
  • You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and licenses required for the content you publish.

4. User content

  • You retain ownership of your content.
  • You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the service.
  • We are not responsible for platform moderation decisions, removals, or account penalties imposed by third-party providers.

5. Connected accounts and tokens

You authorize us to access connected accounts using OAuth credentials that you grant. You may disconnect accounts at any time. We may revoke or suspend integrations to maintain security, legal compliance, or platform policy compliance.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features needed for specific platforms.

7. Fees and future pricing

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the current version of the service is provided without subscription fees. If paid plans are introduced, additional terms and billing details will apply.

8. Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or if required by law or platform provider obligations.

9. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, publish success on all attempts, or compatibility with all platform API changes. You acknowledge that third-party platform outages or policy changes may affect service behavior.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Post Studio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Post Studio and its operators from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rules.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
